Track your Vivanoura order

The quickest way to see delivery progress is the tracking or “View your order” link in your shipping-confirmation email. You can also sign in to your Vivanoura account when the order was placed using that account.

Tracking not showing yet?

A tracking number may be issued before the carrier’s first scan. Allow 24-72 hours after the shipping email for events to appear. If your order contains products from different brands or locations, it may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.

No movement or delivery problem

• If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us.
• If the parcel is materially beyond the delivery estimate, contact us so we can check with the carrier.
• If tracking says delivered, check the delivery location, household members, building reception and local carrier. Contact us within 7 days if it is still missing.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, keep all packaging and send photographs within 7 days.
